How it works
- Create a GroupsID account or sign in. One account for all GroupsSUITE services.
- Post your job. Title, area, place, period and description, that is all it takes.
- Receive enquiries. Interested people write to you via GroupsJOBS, and you reply directly in the conversation.

For hotels, hostels, group accommodation without a GroupsSUITE partnership, ski schools and event agencies. With a monthly subscription, 1 posting is online at a time; the annual package includes 10 postings in 12 months. Your first posting is free for 30 days.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a subscription run?
1, 3 or 6 calendar months, or 12 months as an annual package, from activation. The team usually activates it on the day of the order.
How many postings can I publish?
With a monthly subscription, 1 posting at a time is online or under review. Once it is filled, expired or withdrawn, you can publish the next one. The annual package includes 10 publications in 12 months, also at the same time; a publication counts when the team approves it, a rejection does not count.
Is every posting checked?
Yes. The GroupsSUITE team checks every new posting before publication, usually within one working day. You receive an e-mail as soon as it is online.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
No. 7 days before it ends, you receive a reminder and can order a new period.
How do I pay?
By invoice from Groups AG, payable within 30 days. Prices include 8.1% VAT.
What happens when it ends?
After it ends, you can no longer publish new postings. Current postings stay online for another 14 days and are then paused, not deleted. With a new subscription they go back online. You can read and answer enquiries and messages at any time.
And the free posting?
It runs for 30 days and does not count towards the subscription. 7 days before it ends, you receive an e-mail offering you a subscription. When it ends, the posting moves into your subscription if there is room; otherwise it is paused until you have a subscription with room.
